Wireless telemetry system BTS

     “BTS” telemetry system provides operational control of the wellbore trajectory during inclined and horizontal drilling with hydraulic downhole engines in geological environment free of magnetic anomalies. Data transmission is performed via a wireless electromagnetic communication channel.
     “BTS” system is available in two modifications depending on the bottom-hole assembly external diameter: “BTS-172” (BHA external diameter – 172mm) and “BTS-210” (210mm).
     “BTS” is used for the following turbo and rotary drilling operations:
  • Measuring wellbore parameters (zenith angle and azimuth) in static as well as in dynamic;
  • Bottom-hole toolface orientation in case of the borehole azimuth or zenith angle are to be changed;
  • Bottom-hole toolface orientation in vertical wells during directional sidetracking;
  • Measuring natural gamma rays*;
  • Measuring temperature;
  • Measuring vibration;
